Medmain Inc. is a healthcare x IT start-up company established in January 2018. The company develops and operates PidPort, an analytical system for pathological image diagnosis that enables super-precise, prompt pathological diagnosis using our unique Deep Learning/AI-based image processing technology, and Medteria, information-sharing cloud service for healthcare professionals and medical students, as well as Medmain Imaging Center, our original high-quality digitized cloud storage service for histopathological specimens. Our team combines members with expertise in the medical field and deep learning/web development skills, and we have many members and advisors from Japan and several other countries around the world. Currently, we have raised more than 1 billion yen from domestic and international venture capital, operating companies, hospital groups, etc., and are continuing to expand our business and organization at an accelerated rate on a global scale from the initial stage.
